Argent Advisors (AA) is a boutique advisory firm whose purpose is
“Translating Promoters Vision to Reality for creation of valuable
and sustainable corporate”
Our work involves ‘Corporate Advisory’ which aims to bridge the gaps between ‘Promoters Vision’, ‘Business or Market Potential’ and ‘Current Reality’.
The goal while translating the promoter’s vision into reality is to create a ‘valuable and sustainable corporate’. Creating ‘value’ and ‘sustainability’ in a corporate involves improvement across all business areas and functions like finance, HR, operations, IT etc. However, the strategic direction and decision making for all areas is centered at the promoter, management or board level.
Argent Advisors works with the top management (promoters, chief executives and boards) of our clients and provides the necessary support to create and execute the road map for the organization and develop systems for accountability and decision making.
